Why not just delete them yourself?

Either go to start and click help and type in cookies, it will take you thru step by step directions on how to delete cookies

You can also do a disk clean up, which gets rid of cookies, temp files and history.

These program all come on windows and just to delete cookies you don't need a program.

There's a "delete cookies" button on IE's Internet Options screen, located in the Tools menu. They're also accessable if you copy/paste the following line into a run box exactly as is:
c:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Cookies
(The %username% bit will be converted by Windows into your Windows username automatically when you hit OK.)
