Australian has professional cricket players and Indian team has players who know the game of money, politics. Without any performance they know to be in the team by chamchagiri to Jagmohan Dalmia and now Sharad Pawar. If Australian team is an apple then Indian team is a rotten egg.

Australians are true professionals and know that this is their "job" to play with their best abilities. And as far as Indians are concerned they are also true professionals but their profession could be anything like modeling, acting or some other crap but not cricket. Australians are super fit and always in positive frame of mind and Indian team always lack that spirit which separates a great from an ordinary team.

The Australian cricket team is better than the Indian team in all the areas of cricket.Be it bowling,batting or fielding they have got excellent players.Moreover the players are very much commited to cricket and what makes them world champions is that their "never say die attitude".In short the Australians are physically and mentally much stronger than the Indians.

The game is organised and structured like a great company .under sound management principles ,and not like some small family owned business in India . Right from the grassroots ,the administration is pucca. Meritocracy reigns ,not ones gothra,zone ,or political godfather . Sponsors
genuinely are interested in the growth of the game .
BCCI ought to go public ,with hot-shot managers from the IIMS' at the helm. I will invest.

Australian are very professional player but indian are not that much.this is only due to our selection commities poor approch.
Australian player play for there country.indian play for personal milstone and place in the team
Australian players follow the coach but indian does not.
Australian can drop hyden,bevan,taylor,mark waugh(due to poor form &age) but indian can not drop sachin,shewag,dhoni.
indian still allow sachin to play for india as he has not performe in any pressure match or in the final since sharja 98 final.and he is not at all any test match winner.and still he is in the team.As australian does not allow such player.
There are so many points of the players poor performence that australian can see but indian selection commity does not.
