I think your question is absurd on purpose. You are making a comparison of Iraq and Venezuela but very subtlety. The less astute chickenhawks are even on your side.

There have been reports of terrorists in South America for awhile not just in Venezuela, and they have caught Middle Eastern and North Korean people coming across the border who had Venezuelan passports, so make of that what you will
but I think it's just another reason to build the wall, now.
