If reports are right about his bicep the WWE will give it to someone. I figure for lack of a better imagination Batista.
But Kane has been a loyal midcarder and has made WWE money with his movie and deserves a short compensatory title run.

Undertaker tore his triceps muscle at Backlash.It's serious & he looks set to be out for about 6 months as of now.He won't be facing anybody at Judgement Day so the title could become vacant.I read Vince won't let him job to anyone So it's gonna be vacated.
