My premise is this:

1.The Undertaker will retain his WWE Heavyweight title up to Wrestlemania 24
2.Vince McMahon will retain the ECW title up to Wrestlemania 24
3.Sometime in this year, The Great Khali will defeat John Cena or anyone else to become the new WWE Champion and will retain it up to Wrestlemania 24
4.The WWE Intercontinental Champion is a ? because I doubt Santino Marella(or whatever his name is) will retain the Intercontinental Championship up to Wrestlemania 24

So, the question is, with who do you think Mr. "wuss" Kennedy will fight in Wrestlemania 24 to cash in the Money In The Bank?

Being that its over 10 months away and titles can be held for very short periods of time:

1:By Mr Kennedy holding onto his title shot until WM 24 it guarantees that he'll main event WM.

2:Mr Kennedy is stil a heel and might be" Lying"

3: Because the MrMITB, contract can be lost in another match he might lose it in a wager.

4: This gives Cena, Undertaker, a chance at the long title runs WWE wants to give them, but Allows Mr Kennedy to have a title run if he plays his cards right.

First of all, Mr. Kennedy is not a wuss.
He has beaten many former World Champions - Batista, Undertaker, etc.
I think Kennedy is gonna cash in at Wrestlemania 24 to go after the World Heavyweight Champion on Smackdown & whoever that might be when the time comes to cash in on it.
