I had a kid? My job is a full-time mom!!
Really though, I had contacts. I was working in the non-profit sector and I had about 20 contacts who would help me find a job. If they had a job opening, they would give me a heads up AND put a good word in for me with the business.

I have a very specific field of experience. I looked to the first big company around me that was hiring for what I do!
It wasn't very creative, but it pays!

My aunt told me about it. It was UPS (filled with a lot of men). My husband applied , and I applied to piss him off. I was hired, they pay my school and healthcare, and I love it.
