i am flat im not even a size a cup and im already fourteen
is there any thing that i can do to make them bigger?birthcontrol pills what brand?vitamins what kind?foods?anything thnks

Your 14 quit freakin' out! You will get them. Right now just be a kid, you don't need to attract that kind of attention at your age.

Omigosh...please don't get on birth control for this. Birth control will stop you from ovulating.
Diet and supplements will not make your breasts bigger. It's genetics, like how tall you will be.
Anything short of breast enhancement surgery is a gimmick.
But don't despair. I was pretty flat all through high school, but when i turned 16 or 17 I went to a B cup and then in college I was a C cup.
So just be patient.

Um.... well some people get surgery but i wouldn't suggest it. some people have serious side affects. Most of the time it's genetic. My family is for the most part flat chested as well. See you aren't the only one. Just give it time people don't mature at the same speed.

your too young to think about this... You should review your priorities in life, as the only kind of attention you will get is for your body only, not what you are really.. Men like meat, but love only a whole person with her personality... Body is meaninless and only good for testosterone (hormons)... Personality and self-confidence is much more valuable to get real friends!!

Time...i was flat too at your age...but now im C cup (but i also had a baby which boosted it up) so just be patient and enjoy while it while your back isnt killing you
