I do, I think people look at me differently when I'm wearing fabulous clothes and look neat.

What you wear affects how people perceive you. Clothes are just costumes that we put on so people will think of us in a certain preconceived way. I wear a $1,000 suit and $500 shoes I am seen as rich and successful by a person. But, if that same person sees me in "wino" clothes that is how they will perceive me. And there are times you want to be perceived differently. I wouldn't wear a Tux to a Goth concert after all. It all has to do with the preconceived notions that are spoon fed to us from the day of our birth and shoved down our throats by advertisers. I agree 100%. People seem to look at you different when dressed stylishly. For instance, I'm a jeans and t shirt girl who wears Nikes almost everyday , but when I get "done up" I get noticed so much more. My BF was almost spechless when he saw how I was dressed for an important event this weekend. I was so "snazzy" with perfect hair and full makeup and everything- I hardly ever do that and he was blown away.

Clothes are VERY important to me, I buy lots of cheap clothes that look expensive so I've got lots of outfits. I'm artistic and my clothes reflect that.

posible, but I don`t care. I wear what I like, what I want, when I want. I don`t care what the others mean. It`s my body, my life, not theirs
