To find something in percentage, divide the result by the possible, then multiply by 100 percent.

(32/110)(100 %) = x percent

This is the third or fourth question you've asked about how to find percentages. Eventually you will have to learn to do this on your own. There is an explanation in your textbook, so I suggest you start there.

Just do 39/110 in your calculator and multiply that answer by 100 and you get 29.1%
