You can only blame the demand...not the supply. The supply is the reaction to a market segment that craves something. There is no sense blaming the cartels for supplying cocaine...because someone is going to fill the demand as long as its there. Same thing for Illegals...our business sector is constantly looking for an under the table labor market. They want to make a buck. They are willing to sell out their own countrymen in order to do...they are making such a good buck they bribing every political figure to turn a blind eye.
