Go to a doctor or chiropractor. This needs to be seen before it gets worse.Your arm is either dislocated [ can you move it?] or 'out of alignment'. This will not get better by itself.
It can progress to 'popping' every time you reach up, and then you will need surgery.

Why is this in the music category? anyway, I say go to the witch doctor, he always tells me what to do. He might start singing a little bit, but just ignore that.

In all seriousness, go to the doctor

You arm may still be out of place. You probably pulled it. Take some Tylenol, and if it hasn't gone away within a week, please visit your doctor. It should be better within a week.
