They are only annoying trolls. Pay them no attention (ie- don't ask questions about it!). They feed on attention and only grow stronger.

It depends on the question and wheather or not it is lighthearted in nature where " a smart reply" would be considered protocol....Also if someone is being an obvious jerk or picking on others....I will occasionally respond with some wittisim. To intentionally disrupt a post that is serious in nature, I avoid doing.

they do it because they are here to waste time not to help anyone out. which is a shame alot of people get information they really need using Yahoo answers
