i just started getting these cramps and i haven't started yet. They really hurt!!!

If you havent started your period at all yet then the cramps are like a notice that your going to be starting soon..

Do you mean you've never gotten your period before, or that you are suffering from pre-menstrual cramps?
Either way, it's probably coming soon so I would stock up on pads.
Ibuprofen always helps me with pain because it's an anti-inflammatory. A hot bath helps, too. Heating pads and massage and stretches can relieve pain.

Im having the same problems. A heating pad normally works for me.
