There are many reasons to scream. Many of them are good. There are few better than screaming to the world to inform everyone that you just got to get a new hat.

I can think of 2 good reasons
1. You don't have a hat
2. The hat you have has seen its better days
its holey and has stains

Yea,I guess, if someone steals your hat,or lets say, the wind blows it off your head,while you are mowing the lawn and you run over it and it sheds in a hundred pieces,and it was the hat you got at a baseball game.
