submit a tax return and claim kids born in the US but who are not there's but claim them.

I was asked this question by a non US resident. who may not have understood what can and can't be done tax wise. and as I am not schooled in tax law I could not give any good information to this person. "HELP" if you know anything worth sharing to this person. He is a nice guy so far and I think he would do the right thing if he understood what that was

yes I know what is right and wrong but how do i explain these things to some one from another country? I think he thinks its ok to scam to get money because there are people out there getting payed to do illegals tax's so they'll tell them anything to get them to file in the first place just to get paid for the tax prep money they don't really care if these illegals get busted for fraud because they get there money up front.

Yes, it certainly is illegal. If you are caught, you could face up to 10 years in prison and be fined about $250,000.00 or both. In addition, that means the immediate loss of the US Resident Alien Card, and deportation.

is what bush and many politicians do in america illegal? is it wrong. do they get away with it? so can anyone else . f@ck the law. do what you can just make it non traceable.
