Rather than tell you where it is, I'll tell you to avoid Taos and Santa Fe as they are quite expensive, also avoid Albuquerque for safety. It is a big city after all and prone to crime.

My cousin lived in Melrose. It became a small city and all of the persons accessible have been super. I advised my cousin once I retire i opt to go accessible. All New Mexico is safe......They have a great governor. Santa Fe is nice. Albuequerque. Las Cruces.
