Movie made about Abbott and Costello?

Question

I think it was within the last ten years, and it's about their lives but I can't think of the name.

I can't find it on IMDB since I don't know who starred in it or what the name of it was. Thanks!

...your memory serves you well, but the film was released almost thirty years ago. The film was called "Bud and Lou", and it starred Harvey Korman as Bud Abbott, and Buddy Hacket as Lou Costello. It covers pretty much all their formidable and sometimes conflicting years as a team on vaudeville, on the radio, in films and on television.

It depicts Lou, offscreen, as a very discouragable, demanding and controlling person, with Bud pretty much standing in the sidelines, an apparently informidable presence, despite his deepen-laid love and friendship for his unstable partner. Despite the conflicts between them, once they were on-screen, their differences were virtually non-existant, and they proved to always be consumate professionals.

Unfortunately, the film has yet to see release on DVD, and the VHS tape has been out of print for years, now (I was lucky to get hold of one, years ago). A couple of private sellers apparently have copies of the VHS tape, and at a relatively reasonable price, too.

I beleive there was a film about Abbott & Costello that starred Harvey Korman And Buddy Hackett .
