I used White Cloud or Pampers. Either way, it's best that when you are diapering him you put his peepee down before you close it up. This worked with my boys.

I totally agree with the placement of the pee pee...pointing down is best. But as for the best diapers I would say Luvs...they are affordable and I've never had a leaking problem. I would also suggest instead of folding the top of the diaper out that u tuck it in. It sometimes helps. Also make sure the diaper is snug but not tight and you are changing fairly often.

The most important thing to remember about diapering a boy is PROPER PENIS PLACEMENT! Always point the little soldier down when putting on the diaper and if he is still leaking, consider going up to size 1 as long as his belly button has healed. My kids have sensitive skin and they can only have Huggies, but in general, the more expensive brands stop leaks better. We had horrible luck with White Cloud. Parent's Choice from Walmart works for our kids but we could only use one package and then had to go back to Huggies for awhile because they would get a rash (their dad's skin is the same way, I have to have the right laundry detergent.) Sam's Club sells HUGE boxes of diapers (Huggies, Pampers) that when you buy them end up costing as much as you would have spent for the Parent's Choice as Walmart (around $30 for a box which is about a month's supply). Good luck, hope that helps.

We used Pampers Swaddlers and they never leaked. I did try cheaper brands and I found out the hard way the lesson of "you get what you pay for". I am 38 weeks with our second boy and that will be all that we use. Plus, these diapers have like a nice cotton feel to them. We also never got a diaper rash with those.
Good Luck!

For starters make sure his penis is pointed down when you put on the clean diaper.
The best diaper, for my boys, has been Pampers Swaddlers. They leaked through everything else.

I dont have any children.... yet , but when I was watching my Ex- boyfriends newborn, I always used, White Cloud from Wal- Mart, they work better than I expected, and they cost A lot less than the other ones. And price is important since you are going through a bunch of them in the beginning. So I would give those a try, they really do work well. Good Luck.

I liked huggies Supreme. I thought they stretched better for a better fit. I did not like that pampers had a sticky tab on their diapers. The tab was always sticking to his skin when I changed him and I hated pulling it off...

I found huggies supreme to be the best they are a bit more expensive but they worked the best by far. I see someone said the walmart ones but I used those and he peed through them. The huggies are the most comfortable seeming ones also.
