The rabbits can be weaned of their mother when they are about 8 weeks old. They could probably be weaned by 5-6 weeks if you really pushed it. But I'd wait till 8 weeks to wean them and 10 weeks to send them to new homes. Rabbits can get stressed easily whenever they are moved, especially the younger they are. You dont' want your rabbit dying when someone gets them. Make sure to give whoever buys your rabbit a small sandwich bag of the feed you use. Having them use the same feed at least for the first few days will help reduce the stress level on the rabbit. Also make sure to tell them no to feed the rabbit fruits, vegetables or grass. Just stick to the pellets and water. That will help prevent the rabbit from getting diahrrea. Young rabbits are especially prone to diahrrea and diahrrea at that age can stand a descent chance of killing them.

( Yes it is possible for the rabbit to leave the maother at 5-6 weeks, but it is not suggested)

They should not leave the mother before 8 weeks after birth (unless there is some problem witht he mother). They need time to grow and get proper care from the mother before leaving her.
Also they need to constantly get the mother's milk to help them grow fast at such a young age. even if they are eating solid food they will still need the milk for a while longer. if you sell the rabbit/ get rid of the rabbit before that, yes it is cute and may sell very fast, it has a higher chance of not growing to full size or dying due to lack of nutrientss early in life.

5-6 weeks, personally I pull the bucks away from the mother at 5, and then the does at 6 to avoid giving the mother caked udders.

8 weeks. I hope you consider having her spayed so this doesn't happen again.
