I think there's certain degree's of flirting, don't you. I guess what it all boils down too is how far the person wants to go with the flirting. But yeah I guess if you look at it like this. How would it make you feel if your partner was to do this to someone while you were standing right next to them, you'd probably feel rotten. MLJ

I dont think it is cheating b/c everyone needs a little umph in their life. I think that sometimes flirting can stop a person from actually cheating b/c the flirting is enough fun but then again it can lead to something else. Depends on the situation.

I don't. I live by the rule as long as I would do it with my husband standing next to me it's ok. I flirt with other people in front of him because we have a very open relationship and he knows it's just flirting. We trust each other. It also depends on what you consiter just flirting. To me it's joking around with someone in a sexual way perhaps. Flirting to me doesn't mean touching in anyway. Everyone has different definitions of what flirting is. Everyone should just be upfront with their partners about what is ok and what isn't. Saves you from fighting later on.

no, I don't belive that its cheating it just depends how far you go with it. You can flirt a little but just as long as the "flirtee" knows that it will NEVER go anywhere. Honestly ask yourself if your partner were to do it how would it make you feel? I think that would be the answer your looking for.

I don't. If it gets out of hand and things start to happen physically then yes. I flirt naturally and my husband also does not consider it cheating as long as he knows about it and it doesn't go past that. When it gets to the point of one of the people is wanting to hook up then someone needs to put a stop on it real fast.

No, it's not. I don't think that flirting is cheating. It's just natural. It's not like you go and sleep with the person, you are just flirting. Big deal.

Flirting per say isn't cheating...HOWEVER if the other party takes it seriously that is playing with emotions and if you already have a signifigant other and they don't like flirting it is disrespecting him/her if it is continued....

having your heart race and get excited to talk someone thats cheating with your heart
kissing, holding hands and sex thats obviously cheating
