Selling a timeshare can be really tough. You will be lucky to sell it for half of what you bought it for. The Timeshare User's Group (tug2.net) has some information on how to sell a timeshare. I wish you the best. See these websites:

well,how did you get it?
now that you know of the burdens of timeshare did you learn your lesson?

Obviously, Sell it. There are places out there that will sell it for you, too. In fact, contact your home resort and ask if they have a "resale department". Most do.
