Ok,I had sex on Jan.11 and got my period on the 22.Then I had sex again on Feb.8 and got my period around the 26.Mind you,we used protection both times and he didn't ejaculate.I got my period again in March,I didn't pay attention to the day because I figured I was in the clear.And now I haven't gotten my period for the whole month of April.It's bothering me now and I have been stressing alot.It's confusing when I read that women have experienced getting there period while they were pregnant.It just doesn't make sense.Im 20 years old and Im focused on my future and having a child is not part of my plan.So Im just looking for some suggestions on what I should do..Is a pregnancy test jumping the gun or not?.

Yes you are jumping the gun. A woman periods come around the same time but there are not regulated until we get on birth control. Just because you haven't had a period for a month doesn't mean that your pregnant. Myself have had sex and have missed my period for two months. It's something about are body's when we were recently been sick, gained or lost a significant amount of weight, have been under excessive stress or have taken any new medications we don't have periods. It's normal for this to happen. If it just to three months then you need to go to get a test. We just have to stay in tune with are body and it's changes.

Menstruation usually stops when a woman is pregnant. However, in some cases, a woman might have a period with less blood or that lasts fewer days than usual and still be pregnant. Your confusion is understandable because these signs can lead women to believe they are not pregnant. However, various kinds of bleeding can occur in early pregnancy. Women can get some spotting in their first trimester:

* when the fertilized egg implants in the uterus;
* if the pregnancy is abnormal in any way [i.e., ectopic pregnancy (implantation outside of the uterus, such as in a fallopian tube), a threatening miscarriage]; or,
* from bleeding as part of their menstrual cycle (this is extremely rare).

Some women do get their period during pregnancy. And even though he didn't fully ejaculate there is pre-ejaculation, which comes out due to muscle stimulation. If you used a condom and have had you period you're probably not pregnant. Stress will cause you to have irregular periods. Either too soon or miss them completely. But go ahead and give yourself the test. It will clear you mind and make you stress go away about this. And that way you can be sure YOURSELF.

If you have had your period, I doubt you are pregnant.
