I didn't bring lunch today, and I'm really hungry. I want something warm, that will fill me up, but is also healthy. I have a ton of restaurants near-by - fast-food, take-out, etc. - so basically any type of food is available.

Suggestions as to what I should have for lunch?

Thanks in advance!

Just don't eat chinese food unless it's steamed. Otherwise everything is fattening. Bestbet is a turkey sub from subway. Or go to Boston Market for some rotiserrie chicken

Chicken noodle soup is always a healthy choice. I read in a magazine recently that chicken noodle soup also helps you lose weight. So if you want to be health conscious then maybe a bowl of soup is right for you.

Italian is a favorite of mine.
Try the shrimp or chicken Alfredo. They might not be completely healthy but they taste great.
Hope it's a good lunch whatever you do get.

Try cup of vegetable soup with cornbread....always warm and filling but not to where it will make you fall asleep in the afternoon at work (although if you at like me, you wish you could)!
