I have a two and a six year old, and I work weekends.
My day of rest will happen sometime after 2010, I hope.
On the up side, I didn't have kids until I was 40, so I had more than my share of "rest days" while I was young enough to really enjoy them ;)

I have to say that Sunday is my day too. I love Sundays. I also work form Monday-Saturday. Sometimes I get Saturday off but it doesn't feel anything like Sunday. :)

Generally, my rest day is Sunday. I go to school/work during the week and shopping/family/friend on Saturdays.

Normally Sunday, though sometimes it's Saturday. And that's just during school. I don't know about during the summer. Everyday?

Sunday is my only day off, but I do laundry, go to store clean house and mow the lawn that day. Their is no rest for the weary.

Since I work from home, every day is pretty good. But I would have to say Saturday.
