my mom had this dream that one day this girl in my math class called her and said that I had been hurt badly and that my mom needed to hurry on down to the hospital because the doctors would not tell the girl any thing what does this dream mean for me and those who are around me all of the time

It means that your mom is worried about you. Call your mom and let her know when you are out, let her know when you be home and tell her than you love her often.
Most time, when dreams occur that are specific they are stress induced. Dreams that are sybolic are dreams that show something that is going to happen. If your mom has been thinking that you might be in danger, stress could be working its way into her sleep. Especially since the incident at Virginia Tech, I am sure that your mom is worried about you when you are not around her. She is your mom and wants to make sure that you are safe at all times. So just give her a call when you are out late, let her know that you are ok. Tell her often that you love her, and she will relax and have peace of mind.
