I was wondering has anybody posted there resume online? If so did you have any luck with that? Is there any way for me to post my resume online so that all of the companies in the usa can see my resume and give me a call if there are intrested in me? I am willing to relocate in the usa.

You can post your resume online but that means ALL your personal details will be available for anyone to search, not just potential employers. And you will receive a lot of spam, it you have your email address on the resume. A LOT of spam, for all sorts of 'work at home' opportunities, loan offers, etc.

In my opinion, it's not worth it, and the chance of finding a real job that way is very small.

You will have a MUCH better chance at finding a job if you are an active and determined participant in the process. Don't wait for employers to look for you - you should be looking for them, and in more places that just the internet.

I posted mine on monster.com a few years ago and it worked. I got a lot of responses and actually went to work for one of the companies that contacted me through it.
