They are blocked for a reason so don't try to install them , your workstation is monitored and you can get into trouble for trying to install non approved software.

I will assume that your user login does not have administrative rights. Only someone with an authorized login will be allowed to install new software. There are a variety of reasons (work related) that you should be able to come up with to have the appropriate person assist you in loading the software you need. Sorry , but that's the way most employers set up the computer networks.

If your Systems Administrator has blocked these Software from being downloaded / installed then you should probably get in touch with them so that they allow you to download and install it.

If your Corporate Firewall does not allow you to download such Software then also you need to get in touch with your System Administrators to find out why. I am sure that they have some genuine reasons to block the download of such software.

You may want to cheak with you network administrator first. I know I would get in trouble for downloading stuff. But its probably a firewall and you could use a proxy site to bypass it.

Most network administrators would not allow you to do it unless you are his BOSS or you OWN the firm.
