If you are fully grown (over 18 for girls, 21 for boys), you can look into leg lengthening surgery. It is painful, you will be confined to a wheelchair, and it is expensive - 40K plus.

I am short statured and at one time wished to be taller. But my height wasn't the real problem. Once I learned to love myself the way God made me, my life became better. Look for the positives in being shorter - airplanes are more comfortable for us. When you see the cute tall guy in the store you have a reason to go up to talk to him. If you are a guy - you make a better center on the basketball team, the best wrestlers are shorter due to a lower center of gravity, and shorter baseball players have a smaller strike zone.

If you are 16 or above you can lift weights. You can add about 1 inch or maybe 1and a half inches by doing a lot of Latisimus Dorsi work on the Lat. machine. The latisimus Dorsi is the major muscle group in your back. The lat. machine is a machine that you use to work your latisimus dorsi muscles. You Kneel in front of it and pull it down to your chest. This will give you that v shape and help to keep your discs in your back stretched out. Do this every other day and you will see that you are a little bit taller. You can also buy some orthotics for your shoes. that will give you a little bit more. You can also buy boots with a heel with about a 1 or a 1and a half inch heel. If you're a girl you can go higher with the heel. and you can put a wave in your hair for maybe another 1/2 inch. So altogether you could add another 4 inches with little or no pain. But vitamins don't make a difference for height as long as you have d you won't get scurvy.

How old are you? If you're still in your teens or younger, you've got a shot at still growing a little more. If you're in your twenties or later, though, I don't think the chances are good that you'll get much taller. I saw a special on TV the other night saying that people in some other countries are taller than people in the U.S. (on average) because they eat fresher, healthier foods. Also spending time in fresh air, outdoors, seems to have something to do with it. But I kind of doubt any vitamins would help. If you are unusually short, maybe see a doctor and make sure your Thyroid gland is working properly. Otherwise, embrace your height. (I'm 5'2" and have a couple of friends who are 4'11". I say good things come in small packages.)

It depends on how old you are. If you have already stopped growing then it is too late. You can take yoga and do exercises to improve your posture, which may add a little height. Also, don't forget to take in calcium to support healthy bones. If you are still growing there are injectable hormones, or something or other, that can make your bones grow for a longer period of time (which makes you taller), but I don't exactly know how safe they are. I'm sure you can discuss it with your doctor.

Not by growing but there is a surgery where they can add bone and marrow, though its very painful. Check under bone grafting.

Take advantage of your full height and straighten your posture if you aren't already. You'll look ten pounds lighter and feel more confident. No one like a sloucher.

Well drinking water after you eat makes you grow, don't ask me why. Also streching every day will help.
