Yes I have been strapped for cash on plenty of occasions. Only people who are filthy rich aren't strapped for cash. Otherwise I don't know anybody in this day and age who isn't strapped for cash.

Uh yes, right now. I can hardly afford gas for school. It sucks that college people can already barely afford to go to school when the cost of living doesn't equal what we actually get paid.
