DON'T
there are files which can't be defragmentated because it is in use. I really doubt that you can 100% defragment every file on your computer. Don't worry about it, if the frgmentation is less than 10% you are fine. A few fragments won't affect your computer

No. The reason it can not defrag those files is that they are part of the Windows program itself and required to be located in specific spots on the hard drive (such as the swap file). Or, the file was in use at the time the defrag was run, so it could not move the files. Deleting them would cause Windows to stop work and you to be unable to boot the computer.

No defrag program will ever get 100% of your files. And if it did, with seconds of the program completing Windows will be creating a swap or other temp files that will "fragment" the drive again. Usually you get about 90 to 95% defraged. That will enough to keep it running good. That last 5% would make no noticable difference in either performance or disk space.

No.

A fragmented file just means that it is physically put on the hard drive indifferent places.

If defraging your hard file did not effect these files it is probably because they are part of the system and can not be messed with while the computer is running.

Deleting active system files would be a: hard. b: very dangerous.
