no way they have to play the colts twice every year so they have no chance without a defense peyton manning will tear them up each and every year with marvin harrison and reggie wayne also they are in the afc which is the toughest conference and they will constantly be facing all star teams such as new england and san diego finally they don't have a quarterback and teams that don't have a quarterback are usually the worst teams, besides the bears

Yes, they probably will. Someday. But not until they improve their offensive line to the point where decent starting QBs like David Carr spend half of every game on their backs. The Texans gave up an awful lot for Schaub: now let's see the team protect him. The Texans' defense has potential, but hasn't produced the way it should so far.

In a division with the Colts, Jags and Titans, anything is possible. The Colts give up premier RBs every few years & Peyton Manning can't play forever. The Jags have returned to respectability, having put together three decent seasons, but the core of that team will only be there another 2-3 years. And the Titans have been in a quagmire. The Texans can make a move in a division like this.

Im sure that they will eventually, but they will have to make some improvments first. The defense got better this year with the drafting of Amobi Okoye who should free up some space for Mario Williams to move around. Williams showed some flashes of brilliance at times last year. I am not convinced that Matt Schaub is the answer at QB but Ahman Green is a nice pick up if he can get and stay healthy. The key though will be building a good team through solid drafts. There are some young players on this team with good potential, butthey are still a few years away from any serious run at a championship.

Doubtful. They did take a big step when Charlie Kasserly was fired but it will take at least 5 years to overcome the hole that he dug for the team. From the beginning of the expansion draft (with the Tony Boselli pick), Kasserly did everything possible to ensure that the Texans were a 3rd rate team.

The new management and the addition of Gary Kubiak as coach should have them moving in the right direction. A few more good drafts, similar to this year, and more good free agent additions will further them toward winning.

as long as Russell Westbrook is out, he don't have a shot. This 12 months, OKC develop into predicted to bypass head to head hostile to Miami back contained in the Finals. It develop into going to be a rematch of very last 12 months - only Miami were given more advantageous (including Ray Allen, Rashard Lewis, and Chris Andersen) even as the Thunder were given weaker (replacing James Harden with Kevin Martin). regardless of if the Thunder get to the Finals, they don't stand a probability hostile to the nice and cozy temperature now. that is totally obtrusive that the Thunder lack playmaking and the posh of having 2 stars that command massive defensive interest on the floor mutually. As for seasons to go back...nicely the following issues ought to ensue to substantiate that the Thunder to develop into the perfect team contained in the league (Miami presently holds that mantle): - Russell Westbrook ought to advance his performance - 40 3.8% from the sphere and 32.3% from 3pt determination is a thoughts too low for a level seem after of his abilities and abilities. He ought to take extra efficient images, even his temperament a touch, and be extra powerful with the basketball (some extra assists, fewer turnovers). He'd develop into the perfect element seem after contained in the league contained in the approach if he performed this. - Serge Ibaka ought to come to be a reputable offensive stress. he's already between the league's perfect defenders, and he made enormous strides this 12 months along with his mid-determination bounce shot and 3pt shot, plus his basketball IQ. He needs to proceed to hone those skills, and ideally enhance his positioned up-recreation, reason Kendrick Perkins really will not draw close the dream shake at this element in his occupation. - enhance their youthful expertise. Perry Jones III and Jeremy Lamb have very intense ceilings, and both can change into what James Harden develop into for the Thunder in his very last 12 months there - a versatile sixth guy who provided scoring punch off the bench to boot as rebounding, protection, and playmaking.

One thing I have learned in my many years of being a football fan is never say never. They do have a chance as does all the teams, however not in the so near future. Give them some time and learning experiences, and they could make it happen.

Not if they keep waiting until the fifth round of the draft to address their biggest weakness (offensive line). Also, Matt Schaub in place of David Carr is a step down, in my opinion; and why would you dump a young, injury-prone running back in favor of an old, even more injury-prone running back who fumbles a lot?

EVER is a long time.
more than likely, they'll win it someday.

just like someday, the KC Royals will win the World Series.

It might not seem like it now, but eventually most franchises turn it around

I'd like to say eventually but you never know the eagles have been around for 75yrs and havent won the big one yet(to my dismay) but who knows the panthers did well a couple years after their expansion draft so who knows.

It really depends on how many more years they will continue to pass over the best players available in the draft.
