As said before Heroes will go on to Season Two. The "last chapter" means the last episode of the season.

Calm down darlin' - it's just the end of the season, 3 more episodes left. Word on the e-street is that this season they will "save the world", but since the show is keeping the Sylar character, I predict there will be more skull-splitting to come.

They are signed up to do another season. They start filiming in June again. We have 3 episodes left in this chapter.
