They put me on a trial medicine and the withdrawal gave me my period. I want to ovulate naturally without progesterone pills. Without a period ovulation is hard to track. What is my best bet of how to get pregnant?

Ovu-Trac. they have a website, look it up. It is a much cheaper alternative to those ovulation predictor kits. You use a bit of saliva each day and search for certain patterns in it through the microscope provided. You use this, and also you can watch your cervical mucous. There are tons of ttc (trying ot conceive) websites that have lots of tips, also online groups you can join, that way you have support while trying, and a place for answers to what may seem like stupid questions to others who have not experienced infertility. Good luck and baby dust to you!

well the reason why the doctor says you need to have your period is because on the 14th day of your cycle you typically would ovulate. when you ovulate that is when your highest chance of getting pregnant would be. but there is other ways of trying to conceive such as doing a basal body temp chart (which isn't always accurate.)

I just had sex like every day or even 2 to 3 times a day and am now due in June. Also just try to relax and just enjoy the sex. Having an orgasm actually increases your chances too. Yoiu should also listen to your doctor.

Follow your Doctor's Directions Dear.

If you are not having periods then you are most likely NOT ovulating!

You should use some method to chart your ovulation, purely to help with dating the pregnancy, and then have sex at least every other day.

Your age might also have a factor. If you don't have a period, you can't produce any eggs. Definitely keep talking to your doctor...only she knows best.
