Oh yeah - NBC didn't even want to try to show, said no one would buy the premise. Well, it's now there No. 1 show, so they snapped it up before someone else could come along. More than likely (since they didn't like it), they had only committed to one season at first, but after the ratings shot to Jupiter, they jumped on a contract to renew.

Heroes is making a ton of money for NBC, and people are obsessed with it. I don't think NBC or the Produces of the show allow something so successful to end after one season. If they didn't originally plan to have a season season they have to now.

For at least a month there has been information that there will be a second season.
When they say "three chapters left" they mean three chapters till the end of the season, next season will have a different story and S2E1 will be titled "Chapter One: **chapter title**"

NBC would have to be crazy not to give them a second season. That show is a definite money-maker.

I sure hope so but doesn't quite seem likely since they are saying only 3 episodes left!
