Surface Area of a Cylinder = 2 pi r^2 + 2 pi r h

diameter of the top circle is 28 so the radius is 14
2 pi r^2 + 2 pi r h
(2 * 3.14 * (14^2)) + (2 * 3.14 * 14 * 30) = 3868.48

Area of top and bottom = 3.14 x 14 x 14 x 2
= 1,230.88 units²

Area of body = 3.14 x 28 x 30
= 2637.6 units²

Total area = 1,230.88 + 2637.6
= 3868.5 units²
