I'm scared of big dogs. I agree with Rudy - "they've never bitten anybody before" is bs when you are dripping w/ blood.

Some dog owners just have no idea how terrified some people can be of dogs. Like they're saying "trust me, he's a friendly dog" and five minutes later they say "Well he's never done that before". I've had an ankle biter attack my ankles (lol) while the owner just laughed. I asked a question on here asking for opinions on the incident and man did I get slammed. The question was deleted. Some dog lovers are really not very nice people (the dog will love em even if they're asssholes).

Most cities have leash laws, if the people are not obeying the leash laws, call animal control and tell them that you feared for your persoal safety and the wellbeing of your children. The Animal control officer will not take this lightly. You will however not make friends of the dog owner.

Thumbs up & Ditto Rudy! I was attacked by a dog when I was four-years-old, and I have never gotten over it. I'm 51. I am terrified of big dogs.

Maybe he views it like this. Why exercise his dog when he can just turn it a loose and have you do it for him. I find it funny. Hope no one was hurt.
