Ah, ain't greed grand? To aspire to earn 21k a month is a beautiful dream.
The solution lay in two major questions (and a mountain of specific details beyond them): (1) what do you do (and can prove to an interviewer) superlatively well?, and (2) who can you find that pays exceptionally well for those who do superlatively good work?
Most of the easy to find telecommuting jobs will, sadly, require tremendously better english communications skill than you demonstrated in your question. But, and you have to be really, honestly, good, the distance jobs for programmers and the like continue to abound--but you have to be good at it.
