I was in a store yesterday and I went to the change-room to try on a shirt. I heard a noise coming from the change-room but was told by the worker to go on in as nobody was in there. I opened the door and I saw 2 manikins have sex. I am disgusted by what I saw can I sue the store for sexual harrassment. Thanks

What you have described sounds like a civil (tort) litigation for emotional distress due to offensive visual posing of inanimate chattel. Have you sought medical attention for any symptoms attributable to the visual offense...(insomnia, anxiety, etc...see first two sources below)? The elements necessary to move forward would include those listed after the heading...

Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress

i. An act of extreme or outrageous conduct
ii. Intent to cause severe emotional distress
iii. Severe emotional distress is suffered
iv. Causation

_____________

PERSONAL NOTE: It may be difficult to prove that they did intend to cause emotional distress; however, if you happen to know of anyone else who may have been subjected to the irregular posing, it will be important to find them to give a deposition whether they were offended or not...and especially if they were. Use the last source link provided below to look for an attorney in your area (zipcode) who may pursue the matter for you.

It's called a mannequin, and no you have no grounds. You misinterpreted their special cultural dance as an act of sex. Mannequins if you look closely do not have their sexual organs in the usual place.

However, you should see what they do when they are behind your back or when the store closes for the evening. Over 95% of them suffer from hardening of the internal organs due to having to stare at super hotties all day. My guess is they may have a class action suit against you.

No, sounds like you were smoking or taking something illegal to think that mannequins were having sex.
