I'm the same way!! Don't you hate it, since summer is just around the bend.. and we know what that means... shaving! OK anyhow... I find that men shavers work the best!!! Try the band Gillette, go for a five blade razor. The more blades the better, this will smooth the skin making a even cut. Once your finished shaving make sure to use some lotion right away! Best of luck!

well, its not so much about the razor as it is the product you use, you really should never shave without using shaving cream, and if you legs are sensitive then definitely get one for sensitive skin. and as far as the razor goes, you should get a razor that has the protective strips so that your legs are moisturized while shaving, and then make sure you put on a lotion afterwards, one that has no scent, and probably one for sensitive skin. it will all help for the red bumps.

I have very sensitive legs and the VENUS seems to work for me. I also shave very last in the shower that way my legs have plently of time to soak up moisture. Using a good shave gel like Aveeno also helps!

I absolutely love Schick Intuition. The soap ring really helps cut down on irritation and the triple blade does the job with far fewer strokes. Also, you can get the ones with soap for sensitive skin.

One tip, be sure your bathroom is warm and you have no tiny goose bumps before you shave. Even the tiniest bumps will leave you looking like a plucked chicken.

BTW, lovely picture in your avatar. Congrats!

I use skintamate shaving cream and Venus shaver. I have sensitive legs also and I have had no problem with this before and used it for years.

I used to have the same problem, I always use the Intuition razor.. and now I don't have any problems with razor burn or bumps. It has a lubricating soap thingy around the razor, it works great!

Make sure the blade is not dulle - try to change it every 4 to 5 use. Also, I find Coochy Cream (sounds gross, I know) which you can buy at a local sex shop or on line even, is great for preventing those bumps and ingrown hair.
