It doesn't work that way. If you're having girls, it's because you have a low testerone level.

I heard that to improve your chances of having a boy is to have sex on the day that you ovulate your egg can live up to 36 hours. I don't know if it is true, supposedly the male dominance sperm swim faster so when you have sex right on the day you ovulate you can improve your chances.
Sperm can live up to 4 days so when you have sex before the female dominate sperm can survive longer to reach the egg first.
Eat lots of chocolate if you want a boy!

There is no way you can "choose" the sex of your baby! There is a 50/50 chance whether it will be a male or female.
You have to be crazy to think you can actually pick the sex of your child!! It's ridiculous! It's not your ultimate choice, it's Gods!!

To have a boy, have sex really, really, really close to the time you ovulate. To know when you ovulate, get an ovulation predictor kit form the drugstore. Once you get a positive (and not a moment before!) get your partner in the sack!

here is some info on gender selections good luck
OK here it is the female sperm are heavier so they swim slower than the male sperm so it is said to have sex 3 days before ovulation that way there is only the female sperm
Intercourse further away from ovulation favors the larger slower moving X (girl) sperm. The weaker Y (boy) sperm will die more quickly in the more acidic preovulatory vaginal / cervical secretions and by the time of ovulation there will be a much larger concentration of X (girl) sperm available to fertilize the egg
According to Dr. Shettles' theory, there are several
things you can do to "favor" the conception of Boys or
Girls...
Position of intercourse:
A shallow penetration will favor girls and a deeper will
favor boys. So use missionary position for a girl and rear
entry for a boy.
PH of the woman's tract:
A more acidic environment favors girls and a more alkaline
environment favors boys. Shettles recommends a douche of
water and vinegar immediatly before intercourse for a girl
or a douche of water and baking soda for a boy. Don't try
this before reading Shettles ! You have to dilute the douches
properly, according to his formula, or they won't help and
might hurt you.
Woman's orgasm:
When a woman has an orgasm, the body releases some kind of
substance that makes the environment more alkaline, favoring
boys. Dr. Shettles recommends no orgasm when trying for a
girl!
this all I could find for the vinger douch good luck
If you decide to do the vinegar douche, 1 tsp of white vinegar in 1 cup (8 ounces) of warm tap water. Wash the vagina up to 30 minutes before intercourse. This may change the efficiency of vaginal lubrication. Do not use more often than every other day and a maximum of 3 times in one week. Stronger solutions will cause serious irritation.
For those who are going to try the baking soda, 1 level tsp in 2 cups (16 ounces) of warm tap water. This solution predisposes to some infections (the vagina is normally acidic):only use twice in one week close to ovulation as shown by past temperature records or an ovulation detection kit.
Okay, so, I'm embarrassed to even ask, but are there any strategies I can
employ to tilt the odds my way if my husband and I want to conceive a girl?
Our first child is a boy, and we love him dearly, but we'd love to have a
girl as well.
Thanks!
Ellen
Dear Ellen:
There is no scientifically validated method to select the sex of a baby prior to conception.
A generation-plus ago, Landrum Shettles authored a book on sex selection: he promoted position during intercourse, timing of coitus relative to ovulation, and changing the vaginal pH. The principle behind all of these ideas is that the Y-bearing (male) sperm swims faster and by a rear-entry (knees to chest) position (gravity), close to ovulation, and basic pH (baking soda) to expedite swimming, the Y-sperm are assisted in getting to the egg first.
More recently, Erickson has promoted separating the sperms using a laboratory column method (Like sieving different sizes of objects) and doing artificial insemination with the sperms of interest. Other laboratory techniques using light beams to "short cells"; electromagnetic fields; chemicals of different densities have all been tried. Healthcare has a motive: there are serious, hereditable conditions that only occur in one sex, and an effective selection method would save couples the agony of selecting during pregnancy.
Since you have had only one child, we have no reason to believe your odds are different than 50/50. When couples have several children of the same sex, it turn out the husband is more likely to develop more of the X-bearing or Y-bearing sperm, thereby tipping the balance toward one sex.
Douches can be delivered with a bulb syringe or a bag. If one uses the bulb syringe, do not squeeze so hard that it becomes a jet of fluid: gentle is the message. If one uses a reservoir bag, lie in a tub of warm water, hang the bag on the shower head, and allow the fluid to bathe the vagina.
