Considering the pathetic performance of India and Pakistan and their early exit from World Cup, rain interrupted matches, low turn out, less excitement in the matches, one sided semi finals, rain affectedfinal, death of Bob Woolmer and retuirement of certain leading players etc., the cricket worldcup2007can be termed as an event of tragedies.

you think?? did you watch the finals?? anyway percy sonn said this would be a world cup to remember ( he was thinking in terms of malinga's 4 wickets in 4 balls and gibbs' 6 sixes in an over) anyway, it sounds like he said it in a different way. u know woolmer and all the players retiring
