You're misinformed about the "clone" earth. It's gravity is twice ours and we don't even know if it has an atmosphere. All we know is that it's around the same temperature as the earth With so many planets out there, probability says there must be on with life on it.

When you consider that the size of the universe is estimated at being at least 156 billion light years wide and we are smaller than a grain of sand in comparison, we would have to conclude that the universe is full of life, in great abundance more than anyone could imagine.
At this point it no longer becomes a possibility but more a probability.
As far as reaching the new planet goes. Twenty light years away. Well if you can supply me the money to build the ship we could get there in about 30 minutes, but since we would be going there faster than light speed neither you or me would remember going. This is because no time will have passed since the time we left and the time we came back so your mind sees it as if nothing happened and doesn't remember it.

With billions of stars and even more planets, it's not only possible but highly probable that life could exist on other planets.
As for the clone aspect their is another planet and it's orbital distance from it's start may means that the planet has water and could if that where true support life. But it 20 light years away and we can't tell from this distance.
At the current speed of space craft just reaching this planet would take thousands of generations.

Probably NOT a clone, exact copy of earth. Too many variables. But life? definitely. Many believe we came from Mars. Microbes in a piece of mars that fell to earth.

There are so many possible good planets that there could be intelligent life on several planets, but the distances are so great that there is not a good chance that we will ever communicate with each other.

Well, there could be life on the planet, but most likely its not human. It could live on silicon as we do oxygen or completely random matter. It's so hard to know because most humans think inside of a box.

who knows? but i heard saying they found a planet like the earth and contains water.
ever since, there's water so there's a possibility of life there.
look, red indians would never believe that we did travel to the moon.
some people would never believe that that might be life on other planets. but technology is able to make it real but it'll need time

It's just an opinion, but I think there *must* be life elsewhere in the universe. Too many stars, too many potential planets to be otherwise.
