AGAIN, Another member of the GOP avoiding the question at all costs, and blaming dems for giving Bush permission to do ANYTHING. This is a great question, and yes, it IS backwards. Also, they work for US, not the other way around. And they want to call a government that forces people to work for them UN socialist? Perhaps they need to look up the definitions of the terms they incorrectly use,and check into CONSERVATISM while they are at it. Amazing....

Yes it is backwards, but if when did this Administration care about our privacy and the Constitution. And this Administration carries out half of the things in secrecy because they know they wouldn't be able do to it with out withholding from the American people.

As a median Joe citizen, i could say that for the time of circumstances of conflict, the FBI wiretapping is of no effect to me in any respect. i be attentive to all the civil libertarians get their undies in an uproar over it, yet , frankly, i think of the only people who could fairly concern this (which by how has long gone on for some years you naive fools), are criminals and terrorists. it style of feels to me that any lawyer nicely worth his thirty products of silver could have any info won by way of questionable wiretapping thrown out of court in a heartbeat, so i think of this is plenty ado approximately no longer something. No regulation-abiding citizen will ever go through simply by fact of it and if all people right here can teach me an fairly occasion of an harmless citizen being victimized simply by this i visit resign my place and show regret...I doubt VERY STRONGLY that which will happen. As for the Bush concern... IF there is an allegation of illegality then his peeps could be sworn in like all people else...yet whilst no longer (and there seems to be unanimous legal opinion that there is not any illegality in any respect) then why could they? became Al Gore sworn in below oath to bloviate in front of the Senate final week? of path no longer. it style of feels to me (an self reliant BTW) that Dem supporters have no activity in actuality or ethics to that end, yet are basically attracted to having Bushs' human beings marched in front of congress as though they are criminals...if I have been Bush i does not enable it the two, fairly frankly.

No it quite right. I had a high security clearance when I was in the Marines due to my field. I knew things that the normal person didn't know and I didn't know a drop in the bucket. If you knew what the government knew, you'd be running around like chicken little screaming and people would think you're nuts.

Well, even more nuts than they think you are now.

If you were part of the Bush administration, wouldn't you want privacy?

A Shepherd cannot have the sheep know what he is thinking. They cannot know that he is in full control of what they do, how they do it, when and how. Then they wouldn't obey him.
Humans are no different.

Bush's picture is beside the word "Hypocrite" in the Dictionary.

The man is a liar and consummate thespian.

His administration has been ordering shredding machines by the dozens and staffs are working over time to destroy evidence.
