Considering the mission was accomplished four years ago, we should certainly be free to start looking for that Bin Laden fellow by now...

Going after the actual attackers would accomplish something and take the soldiers out of Iraq. Spend a little more time and effort catching Bin Laden. Put the peoples tax money to good use catching the real crooks. But the only way that will happen is if you Impeach Bush first.

Why do you think the US doesn't seem like it's really gung-ho on going after Al-Qaeda... and instead spent most of its effort, soldiers, and money in Iraq???
That's because they know that Al-Qaeda didn't do it. Bin Laden himself denied responsibility on Al-Jazeera (but basically said the US deserved it) a couple days later after 911 (Google it), but what everybody remembers is the "authentic" bin Laden video that the US government released to the mainstream media. In fact, the FBI even ADMITS that they have no hard evidence connecting bin Laden to 911 (Google that, too).
911 was an Inside Job. Al-Qaeda didn't do it. That's the red pill. Most people's minds can't even handle the possibility that this might be true. It would be total psychological trauma.
If they were to go after the real perpetrators of 911, they'd have to go after THEMSELVES. Highly unlikely, of course.

Well being that the people who attacked the world trade center died in the process...I think it would be stupid to go after them. And if the US decided to go after Saudi Arabia (where 15 of the 19 hijackers were from) which is one of the richest countries in the world...we would have major problems worse than the war in Iraq. Bin Laden is from Saudi Arabia and I'm sure he didn't come up with the plan all by himself. Bush just needs to sit down and listen to people and stop trying to finish what his daddy started.

No that would be too clever a plan for Bush and associates. Better to continue sustaining heavy losses in Iraq leaving Al Qaeda free to wreak havoc elsewhere
