Because all people start out developing as basically a female when still inside the womb. If a "y" chromosome is introduced, then that person will start to change in certain ways into a male. Essentially, all parts of a female are present in the early developing male. Some of those parts are changed throughout development, into their male counterparts.

They do have holes, and it is in fact possible and documented for a male's breasts to develop to the point where they can expend milk in some cases. This usually involves a large amount of female hormones being in the male's system. The most common occurrence of this is for a newborn male. They will often have a lot of female hormones in their system shortly after birth, and can sometimes secrete milk.

Actually during puberty some boys do start to lactate (prodcuce milk) not much but it happens.

Also if you think about it (in the most basic way possible) an embryo is like a little ball of plasticine waiting to be moulded into a person. so you have your basic template of a human ready to be a boy or a girl, then depending on the hormone levels in the womb this alters/decides the gender and the embryo or whatever develops into male or female.

sorry its really basic but thats the only way i know how to describe it after haivng to describe it to a younger sibling.

also men having nipples helps with trans-gender surgery lol.

Men and women are mammals (from the Latin mamma breast) a species that have breasts and feeds its young with milk. The human embryo has tissue that will evolve into breasts. Both male and female babies are born with nipples and ducts intact. It is the presence of genes that direct hormones to differentiate the breast tissue. The Y chromosome stimulates hormones such as testosterone to form male features.

Insufficient or defective testosterone, poor tissue responsiveness, or an unbalance of other hormones like Estrogen and Prolactin can cause female like breasts even in men (Gynecomastia). At birth, the small amount of the mother's estrogen in the baby can result in small breasts that usually resolve. There can be an inbalance of hormones during male puberty that can result in temporary breast growth, which for most resolves. There are many medical problems and drugs that can cause male breast growth.

The nipple is actually the central protrusion inside of the pigmented areola. There is a thin muscle just under the skin that when stimulated, tends to flatten the puffed male nipple areola. This muscle when stimulated in a breast feeding woman, projects the nipple for the baby. Nerves that innervate the nipple / areola can produce pleasure for both men and women

Some people believe male nipples underscore the evolutionary theory.

Yes, milk can come out, though it is rare.

You need to stop asking. So they can have a male to female sex change operation and have attractive breasts. Implants are easy - nipples are impossible to build.
