can you explain this to me? why would it matter? how? is there any one absolute size for all of us to be? are we suppose to match up with those charts no matter what and why? how do we do that?

Those charts are only a guideline as to what is healthy and or not healthy; most of us just fit within the acquired range.

I'm having a really hard time understanding what you're asking. no creature is "one size fits all". what charts? every species is alike in physiological make up. internal organs and bones, etc. are in the same place for each animal, even though their "outsides" differ. if we/they didn't, doctors would have a really hard time treating us.
