i would like to know how to get both of the the same and also wen i sit my right side of the stomach doesnt go in deep then my left side, is this normal wen losing weight ??? i need help and bdw i have been doing a 150 sit-up does this have anything to do with the unnormal side??

Sounds like you might need to do a colon cleanse. Try it and see if that helps. Ask for it at the health food store.

You might be looking a little too close at your stomach. How much difference is there. One half of an inch or two inches. If you are doing 150 sit-ups a day and are favoring one side more than the other ( not working abbs equally) then you might have developed a stronger side and a weaker side.

Perhaps you are favoring one side when working out. Consider doing your sit ups with a stability ball. You'll have no choice but to balance your weight or fall off. It forces you to work both sides equally.

Are you pulling harder on the one side than the other? Pay attention next time you are doing your situps. I had the same thing happen when I was doing tons of situps about 10 years ago and I still haven't corrected it & I can still tell that it is there.
