My daughter used to go to an eyebrow threader (like plucking but better; the practitioner was from Pakistan.) We learned from her that some men do pluck their brows, but only above the brow and between brows, not below; so they still look masculine. One of her male friends tried it and he looked hot.

well all i got to say on this is stay out of iran its got no tolerance for girly men and women who want to go and test the dress code there laws are there owen and should be respected
