Can i create different categories on blogspot without using HTML?

Question

I'm also looking to add an RSS link to my blogspot blog (again without using HTML). Any suggestions?

You can create categories by using the labels facility.

Each label represents a category....

Place a links list in the side bar to enable navigating categories.

You can, sort of, simulate categories, by making posts, with topics, one per category... But the comments, of course, are not immediately shown unless the page viewer clicks on the topic. (I tried it, and it seemed not especially "appetizing".)

You might find, more what you have in mind, is the Google Groups activity: check it out! (By virtue of the fact that you have a blogspot account, you thereby have a Google account...)
