CONSTRUCTIVE AMERICA ACT:
- To reduce spending by leverage with a percentage
- To require States to have an emergency fund
-To give federal power to Governors concerning border security, immigration, and healthcare
-To increase service jobs by 50%
-To deglobalize troops, troops usage only for crucial missions
-To end foreign monetary donations in exchange for national goods donations
-To build fair alliances based on reasonable prices
-To allow citizens to use their healthcare benefits from retirement to pay for major surgery to extend their lives
-To make permanent Constructive America Act

On some streets when they have the hand single or if the sing say DON'T WALK,people should not walk right? But people still do. So-with if no cars are coming. If you are driving and you have the green light and someone walks when the sing say DON'T WALK and you hit them,you will get the ticket.Just like if you are driving, you can't run the red light. So-with if no cars are coming. So I thing people should get a ticket when they walk when they not suppose to. So that's the law that I would make, if I could.

Welfare recipients should have to submit to monthly drug testing. If you are caught with drugs in your system, EVEN ONCE, all assistance and aid is cut off indefinitely.
Any woman collecting welfare for more than 6 months should have to submit to mandatory sterilization. If you do not comply, all assistance and aid is cut off indefinitely.

i would have mandatory 6 months to 1 year for first time D.U.I offenders. i always see on the news that these people who have 13 or more d.u.i's killing someone and they didnt learn. in Ohio they just get a slap on the wrist for their first three d.u.i's and it really makes me sick

Carless operation for cell phone users while driving and disturbing the peace for gangsta or rap music,could also fall under aggravated assault on my ears.
